Goods will be ship at the address requested. Text message and / or email will be sent in case of absence to collect the goods at the nearest UPS pick up point.
Returns are accepted only when goods are in original condition.
The customer has 14 days to return the products.
The return is free. E-mail to email@example.com to ask for a prepaid UPS receipt.
Receipt and closed package need to be dropped at the nearest UPS Point.
If requested a UPS pick up at the shipping address, that will be a charge of 6 €.
Goods returned will be processed within 7-10 days receipt.
A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
Refunds may only be issued at the same form as was utilized for payment.
