Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free for orders over 100€. For shipments outside the EU, duties will be paid by the sender.

Goods will be shipped at the address requested. Text message and / or email will be sent in case of absence to collect the goods at the nearest UPS pick up point.
Returns are accepted only when goods are in original condition and after receiving an email to inform us at [email protected]

Returns are at client’s expenses, the order receipt must be put in your return package.
it is very important to send an e-mail to [email protected] to inform us of your return, especially for orders EXTRA UE that need documents. We do need to receive details of your return to send you the right documentation for duty customs. If we do not receive any info, we will not accept your return.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 days receipt.
A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
Refunds may only be issued at the same form as was utilized for payment.

La spedizione è gratuita per ordini superiori a 100€. Per le spedizioni extra UE i dazi saranno a carico del mittente.

Le merci saranno spedite all'indirizzo richiesto. Un messaggio di testo e/o e-mail sarà inviato in caso di assenza per ritirare la merce presso il punto di raccolta UPS più vicino.
Per effettuare un reso la merce deve essere spedita solo se è nelle condizioni originali in cui è stata ricevuta.

Il reso è carico del cliente. Scrivere una e-mail a [email protected] per informazione. Si prega di inserire ricevuta dell’ordine all’interno del reso.
è molto importante che soprattutto i clienti EXTRA UE scrivano una e mail con il dettaglio del reso pouichè dovremo spedire i documenti da apporre sul pacco per la dogana. Se non riceveremo la comunicazione, il reso non verrà accettato.
Le merci restituite saranno processate entro 7-10 giorni dalla ricezione.
Una e-mail di conferma verrà inviata una volta che il tuo reso è stato accreditato.
I rimborsi possono essere emessi solo nella stessa forma in cui è stato fatto il pagamento.
